The stove top and fridge . The beds and pillows were comfortable. It exceeded my expectations. I felt at home.

The joke the night guest attendant made was a bit outlandish .

The location was good, parking was available. Size of the room was fine.

I stayed here for three nights. This hotel refuses to do housekeeping. I do not ever like to stay at hotels that do not clean your room, at least making the bed giving you fresh coffee and towels. This is not a cheap hotel, not ok.

Room appeared that it hadn¿t been cleaned top to bottom for sometime, everything had a layer of dust throughout the room. Our stay was for two nights, first night a dog below our room barked none stop. Second night awoke at 5:00 am to barking.

My kids loved the lay out of the room and the kitchen came in very handy. My sons also loved playing in the pool.

As much as we liked the layout and the staff, the room was not up to par as far as cleanliness. We found old dirty socks when we went looking for our stuff and a pile of nail clippings.

Trash was full, food under the bed, poop in the toilet, broken curtain

Located around shopping and kitchenette, staff was friendly.

Entire hotel was out of control they were allowing children to be in rooms without parents and parties we’re going on tents were set up on the grass it was complete chaos and nobody was willing to do anything about it. My friends checked out due to this

The bedroom was clean. Outdoor fireplace was very nice.

The pool is tiny and pictures make it look way larger online. The staff wasn't not friendly.

Everything was great. If anything needed improvement it would be the breakfast. Breakfast was until 9 and when I was down at 8:15 there was not much of anything left, food was warm but not real hot. One nice touch was the blueberry topping for waffles.

During my stay, two employees truly stood out — Serra and Tiffany. Both ladies were absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful.Serra went out of her way to help me make the perfect cup of coffee and even gave me excellent directions to a local meat market I needed to find. Her kindness and attention to detail made my morning so much brighter.Tiffany noticed me struggling to carry food up to my family and immediately jumped in to help. She grabbed the coffee and juice so nothing would be wasted on the way to the room. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot.These small but meaningful acts of service made my stay memorable. Serra and Tiffany are wonderful representatives of this hotel, and I’m truly grateful for their hospitality. This will definitely be my go-to hotel when visiting Toledo.

The pillows were very flat, the room was tight and the pool was cold.
