Comfort Inn East Oregon - Toledo

Blood stains on sheets , mold smell, horrible experience. Wouldn't work with us to cancel 2nd night even though we had to rush back to Florida to prepare for a major hurrcane coming.

I had problems with the first room. The shower curtain rod was hanging on by one screw on each end. The screen window was cut open. The sliding window would not close and lock securely. I was able to get a new room and they upgraded me to a suite. Nice

In the lobby eating breakfast. Staff was cussing. Someone was on the phone in the office also cussing. Staff was sitting in a car at the guest check in, while I was waiting to check out. I told the lady at the desk to have a manager call me. Never did.

Convenient location

There was a smell in the room I didn't like. It might have been something that was sprayed in the room to kill bugs. I don't know.

Close to Lake Erie, convenient, safe location very nice staff

Clean room and super friendly staff

Bathroom door didn¿t close because it was missing the strike plate, toilet seat wouldn¿t stay up on its own, rear entrance door was not secure and did not need a key to enter the building.

The young man at the front desks was very welcoming. He was so friendly!! The hotel was very clean. Our room was terrific!! It was an excellent choice!!

Hall carpet is getting worn

Close to friends I visited and many eateries to choose from. They were doing renovations, but hotel was still nice.

Because of renovations I found it difficult to locate entrance. Eventually did and had a nice time.

The location of it and the staff they were all very nice and when I needed something or had an issue it was taken cared of immediately.

The WiFi they have is not good at all. It did not work very well for my devices no matter what time it was day or night. The hotel smelled like smoke in the hallways and stairwells. This hotel definitely needs some TLC and updating done to it.

Convenient location

The carpet in my room was damp. The keycard door mechanism was very difficult to operate. The motel rear entrance door was unlocked and not in compliance with normal hotel security. The "free breakfast" was just prepackaged fast food.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. The front desk employee found my cell phone I left behind and I was able to retrieve it easily, which was such a relief!

We were disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed.

I liked the location of the hotel because it was by alot of restaurants and stores.

The second floor had a terrible smell and so did the elevator.

This hotel has good location and that is all

The rooms stunk stains on the bed water leaking from the light in the hall way breakfast was horrible it was just a bad experience

The carpet was wet and molding. Faucets and drain in need of repair

Was told they would have an indoor pool and the outdoor pool was not functional very disappointed.

Nothing, the staff especially the cleaners were very rude and disrespectful, room was not cleaned properly, there we looks of stains in bedding on bed had to request a change and it took over five hours before it was done and one worker told me

This is a bedbug infested hotel. I was bitten by bed begs and they transferred me to another dirty room where there was calcium built up on the pipe heads. The bed sheets and other Lenin were soiled

Generally quiet location, close to where I needed to be.

The halls smelled like old cigarette smoke. It is definitely an older hotel that needs some updating.

Great location, clean, 20 mins or so to all the cool stuff, cold a/c, what more could you ask for.

It was convenient for where we needed to be. Easy access to 280.

We had already made arrangements via phone with hotel employee for a 12 o'clock check out. She had advised no problem. My wife's brother funeral was on Thursday at 1 pm. Front desk calling wanting to know when were we leaving. A little frustrating at 11:30.

Very spacious rooms clean and quiet environment...Microwave & fridge in room came in handy..Breakfast was awesome...Just what I was looking for..
