The hotel staff was very apologetic for the incident

The hotel is very clean

Cons -

There?s was a dead cockroach behind the bathroom door. I killed 3 cockroaches on the vanity. There was a hole in the ceiling. The microwave still had food in it from the previous guests.
I had realistic expectations and was not disappointed.
Room was very dated and borderline clean.
