- Yes there was never any towels in the pool area and spa tub was broken that was the reason I paid for this hotel. I did not like that there was one ice machine throughout the hotel. The shower/Tub was filthy in my room.
- Could not use shuttle or parking that we paid for. All you could smell was marijuana inside. The rooms were gross, beds broke down.
- Lots of issues with the hotel, the biggest being they didn't have hot water, warm yes, but never hot. Th room never was cleaned while staying here. At one point extra towels where left on our bed, and an empty trash bag laid next to it.
