Easy to find. Great staff. Clean room. nice breakfast.

Only that it was further from our intended visiting location.

Generally clean hotel. Beds were fine and room attractive.

There were only four gyets all night in the hotal (educated guess). The receptionist was glum, unfriendly. Tried to give us a room looking over a roof. Why? There werelots of other rooms. Morning front desk was glum too. Powdered eggs offered. yuck

Had bed bugs. Congruous transactions were charged to my card for no reason. When I asked about the charges, the only reason they could give me was I ruined the towels. I used one towel and dried my face on it. I¿m not certain why but it¿s sketchy.

They advertised pet friendly on their web sight. When we arrived, they charged us $300.00 extra for the dog. Said they did not allow pets. That made our stay for six days over $----- which we did not expect. Our dog is well behaved & tells us when .

Had to switch rooms because 305 didn¿t have hot water. The lady at the desk was nice and switched My room to another. The third floor did have an unpleasant smell. Other than that everything else was great.

The rate was great for a quick overnight on our way to IN.

I did not know that it was under construction so there were pallets of building material in the lobby. We were in and out.

The staff was very nice.

The hotel was under complete construction. The pool wasnt open, no breakfast. It was vary loud on Sat w the workers. If I knew it was under a complete renovation I would not have stayed there.

This hotel is in a very convenient location for us. We stay here a lot. The staff are usually friendly and accommodating.

The hotel has been under construction Forever! Drywall everywhere. Martes into the carpet. Especially in the stairwells.

Inexpensive, worn but clean.

Pool and hot tub. Very quiet. Nice room.

The pool and hot tubs was very nice and well maintained. Room was very clean.

1st morning, no water for shower. 2nd day, in shower, shampoo in hair water stopped. Finished hair in sink. 2 days, only 1 person got 1 full shower. Called both days about water. No compensation for no water.

The gentleman at the front desk was articulate, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional.

The shower failed for a few minutes in the morning but they fixed it right away.

Staff were very friendly. Bath towels were super soft. I also liked the heated pool. It was nice having a fridge in the room. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. There is also a gas/convenience store as well as a restaurant adjacent to the property.

I wish the beds were more comfortable. They are remodeling and upgrading the beds, they just hadn't got to our room yet. Eggs and sausage for breakfast wasn't very good, I should of had the waffle.

The hotel was clean, staff was polite, breakfast was hot and delicious (eggs, sausage, etc.), and when one issue did come up, front desk staff was very accommodating. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The room was very comfortable, accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom & shower facilities were clean. The front desk clerk was very polite and helpful...I was about 2 miles away but just coudn't locate the hotel. the clerk talked me in.
