The bathroom and sleeping area were clean.

Others guests (reported to be 80 children on soccer teams) were loud in the lobby and on the floor. Knocking on the doors—ours and other guests. In the morning the carpets were littered with the husks of sunflower seeds at the elevator.

Cleanliness, staff was kind and polite, room was comfy and location was great!

It was fairly close to the venue we visited two days in a row while staying at this hotel.

The shower in room 429 was horrible! Had a terrible stream and it was hard to get shampoo and conditioner out of hair. Also, chains used to raise and lower shades in room didn?t work, in fact, we?re broken. Repairs NEED to be made in this room!

Loved the shower and the shower products!

It was noisy - we heard people above us, and traffic and the cooling system was loud each time it kicked on.

the water pressure in shower was horrible ,no microwave in room ,no coffee maker either.

The breakfast is horrible. Pancake machine did not provide hot pancakes, and they were not done in the middle. Toaster for bagels did not warm them up. Guests in nextroom were so loud wecould not sleep. Rarely is someone at front dewk.

The friendly and welcoming staff! Great breakfast, different choices daily. Close to the interstate. Comfortable beds.

Very dissatisfied with the room. The shower the light switch the walls and even countertops were dirty.

Digital key a lot of dining options nearby.

No microwave or coffee maker. Not really an issue but could be in the future.

Location was perfect for my trip to the Western & Southern Open in Mason. Room was spacious, hotel was clean with a nice fitness room and pool opened until 10 p.m. Close to outlets and plenty of food options around. Will stay again when in the area.

The rooms are clean and inviting. It is close to everything and the staff and breakfast are awesome! I have stayed here 3 times. Will be back!

Nothing at all. Staff was rude on every level. Check in time was 3pm had to wait 30 minutes before room was ready. Charged my credit card $250 saying we broke tv. Called hotel and got attitude from employee where she said she can¿t stand people.

The concept of being family/child friendly accommodations was nice.

Because of so many kids the lobby and swimming pool areas seemed to be over run and lacked in cleanliness. There was always trash in pool area and never any pool towels. Unsupervised kids running from lobby to pool. With unpaid for candy from lobby.

Staff members were never at desk and when they were they were not helpful at all. There was a bug on my pillowcase and room was not stocked properly.

Breakfast was very lacking and attendent had a bad attitude. She took away th pancake maker mix she said so.eone was touching the machine and no one did. Very little food out and she was in no hurry to put any out. Sighing and complaining.

Gave away one of our rooms that was prepaid months in advance. Claimed they would refund but no word yet.

No staff on duty at check-in, no breakfast available even though it said breakfast included, only coffee. No towels for second night stay. Room was never cleaned for second night stay. Lobby and elevators were filthy, mold in bathroom shower.

Location for my event

The hotel room didn¿t appear to be cleaned at all. Old towels on racks, a dirty washcloth in the shower, and two key cards on the desk in the room from the previous tenants. The beds were made and seemed like they had new sheets, but it was just gross.
