Hampton Inn Massillon

Convenient location, clean, modern design update

Some front desk employees did not seem friendly. Patricia at Hampton Massillon was wonderful and follow up with my check-in!

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Location is close and it¿s a nice hotel. Breakfast was decent and starts at 6 for those that need to get out early.

Price is a little high.

The location of the hotel was the only thing that was good.

The hotel staff at the front desk were rude, and there was hair on the shower wall that was not mine. the lampshades next to the bed were stained. The door was left open and unlocked upon arrival to the room.

Even though it was very clean, it is super dated. Definitely needs a remodel.

Road construction made getting in one out of parking garage a challenge. Key cards lost code multiple times while there.

The staff was very friendly & helpful! The room was a little older but still very clean! It was convenient to Massillon, close to restaurants & had a parking garage so that I didn¿t have to scrape ice off my windshield in the morning.

The entrance to the hotel was a little confusing since we needed to park in the parking garage & enter the elevator & go upstairs to check in. The workout room could use some more weights.

Hotel was convenient, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

Hotel sheets were barely big enough for bed. Bed was not very comfortable and the sofa was really uncomfortable to sit on.

Filthy dilapidated sofa bed,mattress looked over 20 years old no pad and sheets wouldn't stay on. old carpet rusty tub.very disappointed room was awful.

The room was very clean. The hotel location was very convenient and safe.

The ice machine on our floor did not work, so I had to use one on another floor. The tv in our room kept constantly freezing up and became unwatchable.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was very clean.

The toilet needs to have a stronger flush.

Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke and the location was a little complicated to find

Staff was fantastic. We arrived in evening, after a wake for young family member. Young African-American woman with bright dyed red hair took care of us. She moved us to handicapped room, got us a toilet riser, & helped us with the room card in the eleva

Only one thing: toilet was so low, only @ my mid-calf height! It was like squatting in the field! What are Hampton builders thinking?!

It not only provided us with plenty of room for our belongings but had a microwave and a refrigerator for our use. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and in order every day. The hotel is located right near some of our favorite downtown restaurants

Comfortable beds

Questionable neighborhood. Parking garage where you have to drive to the top level just to check into the hotel. The toilets don't fill up high enough to flush toilet paper and 'other' materials. Powerful flush but 'stuff' is not in the water!
