Bed was comfortable

Cleanliness the room was dirty. Marks on the walls. The furniture was chipped. The toilet haven't been cleaned properly.

The breakfast, location, and air-conditioning were excellent!

The front desk lady & the supervisor lady was really nice and accommodating with trying to resolve our problems with first room,

first room had a queen mattress on a full frame, my husband bout slid on the floor when he sat down. There were spider webs on ceiling. sheers were shredded. There was a fresh stain on our comforter. Dried dog poop in hall. I have pictures.

They tried to charge me an extra $300 to use the pool area! Then wouldn't let us swim because there was a birthday party happening

That Denny's was right next door.

The room didn't have any coffee creamer or sugar. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. One little trash can for 3 rooms. The Continental breakfast was very poor.

Pool was warm, water was clean

Old, outdated, dirty, extremely poor breakfast options that ran out before time anyway, dead cockroaches by pool, rude staff, jacuzzi doesn’t work. Picture look like they were taken 20 years ago.

The room was not cleaned and when I asked for another room they refused and offered a refund

Nothing. Staff very rude and tried to charge me extra. After already booking the room. Front desk lady had her child working and cleaning the building.

In a quiet area, but still surrounded by places to eat and some stores

Staff was lazy. Asked for room to be cleaned multiple times, asked for clean towels had to go get them. Roof fan outside room was squeaky couldn't sleep

It was very dirty. Elevator is broken and has been for a while, but that is not stated anywhere. It reeks of chlorine from the pool.

Friendly staff, beautiful room and property, the price was great

Continental breakfast was disappointing

It was cheap and that was great! We had low expectations because of the price, so we were expecting less than we normally accept.

The room smelled like smoke, the people in the adjoining room ( not with us) were smoking marijuana and it sealed into our room A LOT. We used the stairs because the elevator was incredibly slow, no big deal for us. The cards didn't work well.

The beds were very uncomfortable and very old. The room was so dark...I asked for a lamp so I could see. There was a large pit bull that was lunging toward my small dog. Spider webs in window.

Location, room rate, friendly and helpful staff.

Nearly all of the people staying at the hotel were employees or contractors working on the hotel. Some guests appeared to be long term residents. People were smoking everywhere, the hallways, stairways, elevators, and the prolific stench of pot always.

Absolutely nothing, The whole experience was a trainwreck and I was afraid for my life the two nights I slept there.

The ridiculous lack of staff, being open in the middle of apparently extensive renovations, the choking levels of marijuana smell permeating the halls and elevator, and staff that seemingly didn't care at all.

When I got to the hotel there was a note on the desk that said please call this number I'm helping housekeeping I called the number I told me that they did not have anymore rooms found out that was a lie but we got it cleared up with the night gal

Nothing!! When I arrived at 130am there was no desk clerk, however there was a phone number to call. After calling and the clerk called me back from another hotel, he was unable to locate the person on call he instead had a hotel guest of 7 months come to

Assist me with making my room key, unable to successfully make it, I was then given the master keys to get into my room with instructions to have it down to the desk before 9am..after finally getting into the room around 3am, I was UNABLE to take a bath
