Hampton Inn Marietta

Cleanliness

Team member at front desk during check in was rude, the bed was not soft. The hotel was not what I expected from a Hampton Inn.

The most important thing to me is how clean everything was. The hotel is very close to anything you would like to visit in Marietta and very close to the bridge to West Virginia.The staff was very friendly.

There was nothing I disliked about my stay at this hotel.

Hotel was clean, room was clean, breakfast wasn't bad. Was a little difficult to get to at first. Would have been better if there was an outdoor pool ..overall would stay there again though

In Town suits us.

Temperature too cold, had to turn AC off.

Place is wonderful,quiet,clean, friendly. A bit hard to get get to access road is right at edge of highway..but worth it. Breakfast was hot,staff friendly. They have a list by elevator of local owned restaurants. A nice touch..will use again next visit

Friendly staff and my room was comfortable and exceptionally clean.

The entire staff at the hotel was outstanding in every way. I have stayed at several Hotels in Marrietta in the past and for the most part they were good, but without a doubt the Hampton excided expectations. The outside patio area is perfect.

The breakfast times could be extended an hour longer. If you're not in town for work, you may not be up and going by 9am during the week. The weekend 7 to 10am is good but during the week it would be nice if it was open until 10am.

we had a great room. Clean, staff was friendly.

The Whirlpool room was nice however was directly over the entrance doors and I could not sleep at all because it was so loud and they kept opening and closing and would kinda shake the room. I had to ask for a room without a Whirlpool the second night

I liked the fact they offered us water or coke upon check in. We did partake in that. Good breakfast too.

I would like an extra plug near the full length mirror so I could have dried my hair out in the room instead of in the bathroom plus a hair dryer that could be taken out of the bathroom so multiple people could have gotten ready at the same time.

The friendly staff, from check in to breakfast hostess. Because of our positive experience, we joined the points program. Until now, we always stayed at H-I Express. We are new Hampton Inn converts due to the Marietta Hampton Inn. Thank you!
