Location.
Beautiful old historic hotel in a beautiful location.
The location overlooking the Ohio River. The front desk staff was very personable. We stay here every time on our way heading South.

Cons -

Small room for price; could hear neighbors.
It is a very old hotel and shows its age. That said, it also adds to its charm.
The mattress was saggy but clean. We were told new ones were being ordered
