Front desk gentleman on check in. Very nice.
Location was very convenient to the college.
We have stayed in several Fairfields and they have all been GREAT!!! It was nice seeing them decorate for christmas

Cons -

MINOR: The hot tub was in repair upon our visit, and the breakfast buffet it a bit choppy.. crossing the room for various breakfast desires.
Dogs in the breakfast and coffee areas. Also, there are no rooms that are specifically assigned to guests with pets, which is concerning for people with allergies, cleanliness, and safety of other guests.
