The air conditioning did it work in the room, the mini fridge was not cold enough and did not have a freezer area inside it

The checkin staff ?Ava) made registration stressful however the next day the general manager took care of all of our problems

Room door would scrape on tile floor. Would not close without help

It was clean and the breakfast was great. The workout room was solid too.

Staff seemed inattentive and it was weird the room service was closed the one day we were there (Monday)

The front desk staff was good. the staff working in the breakfast area was great! they were very pleasant, keep all the food replenished quickly and offered to help in any way possible.

I rented 3 rooms for 3 days. we requested towels and the garbage emptied each day but this did not happened. my daughter's room smelled like a dog and nothing was done. She called to the desk and they told her they would do something but did Nothing!

I thought the $50.00 pet fee was excessive compared to the other hotels we stayed at during our trip. The other hotels were not more than $20.00

The hotel was perfect for our trip. It was right off of the thruway which was great for our midpoint stop to our 12 hour drive. The hotel staff were very professional and kind. Our room was excellent. Super clean, esthetically very nice.

The rooms were large and you didn’t feel like you were trapped. The beds were comfortable and you couldn’t hear anything it was very sound proof.

I was told that they would honor my lower rate that I checked in with and I also that I didn’t have to pay till checkout, but wasn’t told if you use a prepaid card that they will try running it 2 times a day until you load and charge you $30 over quo
