Dirty room. Ruined our anniversary

Dirty. The offered replacement room had human fluid stains on the sofa so it was worse

We had a wonderful room. The beds were comfortable. They have an excellent breakfast. The staff is very helpful.

Not enough drink stations

They don't clean the room everyday and the bottles of shampoo conditioner and shower gel were almost empty in fact they didn't even have conditioner in there they had body lotion which nobody would use body lotion in the shower

Beds were comfortable

No microwave. They supposedly clean the room every other day, but we were there 4 nights and they never did. Breakfast The hot water for tea tasted like coffee and there were no herbal options.

Convenient location

Awkward inside handicap ramp to casino. Pitch was too much going up.?

Room was not clean sticky residue on dresser, cigarette wrapping on floor, walls soiled

Our friends paid less for a room twice the size as ours.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, adjacent to the casino, excellent breakfast.

Loved this hotel! There were just a few issues with the shower. We informed the staff and they were pleased that we let them know. An overall wonderful experience.

The room was very spacious and modern.

The restaurant was closed the day I stayed. Huge inconvenience.

The room was amazing! Felt like home away from home.

The pool was not open due to maintenance and the construction that was taking place on the 1st floor during breakfast was distracting.

It's attached you the casino so you can enjoy a drink or two and not have to worry about driving.

The Internet was out so there was no TV at all. So basically nothing to do but stare at the walls or go to the casino. I think it was down until we had to check out.

The drain in the tub did not go down very fast in our bathroom on our first night. The toilet did not flush in the bathroom , so we had to take another room. The room was great. It over- looked the race track !

Everything was fine until the jackhammer started at 7:15am right outside our room. Apparently there was some demolition construction happening in the lot outside the hotel. Not the staff¿s fault but it was a rude awakening for us.

The hotel is attached to the casino, which offers gaming and dining options. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. When we needed additional towels etc they arrived literally within minutes.

No real negatives but the pool is still closed. We assumed due to Covid rules.
