  • the lady at the restaurant counter was extremely nice!

Cons -

  • one coffee bag in the room?? I called for more and it was brought right up. the mattress was SO soft though... my back didn't like it. The room was great, however, and very clean.
  • The main problem was the $50.00 resort fee slipped in at the end of the credit card processing. Sleezy!!!!
  • staff was rude

Large room, very clean. Best hotel in Lima by far
Minor issue but pool seemed to have a lot of chemical in it. That being said the other hotels in Lima are rough so I¿d stay here again and again.
