- The staff! Hotel employee was the supervisor that came down when we had a minor issue in the room upon arrival, she was fantastic and provided amazing customer service. Outstanding staff! Was there for a conference and the meeting rooms and hospitality was superb.
- Friendly staff and quiet. Comfortable bed.

- The sink in our room had a sewer smell. Probably from not being used recently. We called and they sent someone over to take care of it immediately. Can’t complain at all, because even if there is a problem, the staff responds with urgency.
