Pillows were awful! Rags in a bag feeling. Asked for new pillows and they just changed them from one bed to the other

Service rep was not polite or knowledgeable. Bed was broken down and extremely uncomfortable! Shower was dirty and shower floor was cracked and broken in several places!

The mattress was disgusting, the shower curtain was dirty, the carpet was dirty, and it smelled musty. You could hear all of the traffic going by.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and my room was very clean. The free breakfast was great too!

The room was a small regular room. Did not look like an executive suite at all. Very disappointed. I purchased this for the wedding party. The only difference inThe two rooms I rented was a red torn couch in the executive suite. There was no microwave.?.

It had an ADA room and it had terrific staff

The people staying above us kept us awake half the night with children jumping and stomping

Beds were very comfortable, the pillows were amazing and the linens smelled so fresh and clean ! The continental breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the coffee was the best I¿ve ever had! &Pet friendly.

It was clean and ready earlier than expected. It was quiet.

Bathroom didn't have a working exhaust fan and room had an unpleasant odor

we love having a dark room and were able to get it very dark also the bed was comfortable and the pillows were awesome.

Construction process felt chaotic. Hotel is showing wear and tear.

Room seemed outdated and worn. Fairly clean. Couldn't shower due to the water being turned off for a few hours. Would have been nice to have received some compensation for the inconvenience. Did not enjoy the breakfast, would rather serve myself.

Front desk staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly! Room was nice and it was clean. Bed was comfy and so were the pillows!

Hallways could use updating. Pool was out of service for our entire stay. If you enjoy a pool and hot tub you might want to look elsewhere. It didn¿t look like they plan on opening it anytime soon :(

They can¿t do much about this, but the traffic around the property is very loud.

The staff are very welcoming & friendly. I've sysyed other places & it seems like staff are not available & not pleasant.

Just that Covid-19 has the pool, hot tub, & gym closed. I understand why I jyst really want to use those when we visit!

The bathroom needs to be cleaned better the toilet seat was dirty on top and I had to clean it off!

The pool was not operational. That was quite disappointing as to we planned that as part of our trip

The location was less than 2 miles from where we needed to be the next morning and there was coffee and breakfast offered in the hotel.

There was a dirty Qtip on the bathroom floor and a bug in one of the beds. Otherwise the room was clean.
