Pros +
- clean comfortable rooms, close to food/shops
- Great central location to the college and lots of little shops and food. Was notified right away when room was ready because I showed up early. Bed were comfortable pillows were too!. Didn't eat at the restaurant but it smelled amazing.
- In the middle of downtown. Walking distance to business/entertainment/food.
Cons -
- offsite parking, additional charge to park, but at least was relatively inexpensive
- Shower head could use updating mine lept going back down to original postion when trying to move it but it still worked fine. water pressure was a tad lower in shower than I like but was still good.
- You hear every step of the person above you. Makes you think if people below can hear your steps.

We had a very good room, a nice comfy bed, and a very easy time with check in, check out, and all of our booking! The room was exactly what we needed for one night in Kent!
The room could have been a touch cleaner, and it would be super cool if there was a simple included breakfast, rather than the only option for breakfast at the hotel being additional money.
