Quality Inn Jackson

We booked a handicap accessible room and was given a regular room because that's all they had. We had to leave and return home because of this.

Front desk lady or manager as she said. Niece of owner. Woukd not get off her phone while waiting on me. Issues I had, she did not want to address and basically saud too bad, live with it. Maintenance guy showed up at 10pm, complained about 6 pm.

Breakfast bar and the service with a smile was very nice

It looked tired. Run down in some places. Uncared for in many respects. For instance, the lock in our room door was broken

None of the amenities are correct. There is no pool, hot tub, sauna, or spa of any kind. There is a small workout room upstairs but that's it. In our the toilet was a slow flush that constantly made noise. The light also flickered on and off in the hall

Room was dirty, ice machine broken, there was a huge hole and bathroom wall and drunk people in the room next to us and you could hear them clear as day check in and out staff was rude and was always outside smoking.

That it was fairly clean even though a lot was in a state of disrepair.

I had to change rooms 3 times because of things being broken or damaged.

The bed and pillows we?re comfortable, and breakfast include hot eggs and sausage.

The shower sucks! It?s old, no H/C or on/off markings, couldn?t get the drain plug out of the tub, the shower curtain let water out all over the floor. And instead of shower gel in the wall-mounted pump there was lotion. In the shower.

The room was fairly clean. Location was great right off the highway. Nothing special about this hotel though and thought it would be better based on comparative cost.

Light bulb was out at entrance to room and no other lights were on that switch. Hotel is next to bar and it was noisy out there. Breakfast was very slim. Check in staff was friendly but checkout was not. Showerhead had lots of issues. Tub was backed up.

The bathroom was a nice size, and the location was pretty central. I appreciated that there was a treadmill that was not in use either time I tried.

The rooms were pretty musty and humid, no matter what the air conditioning was set at, and the fan in the bathroom really didn't do anything to help. Also, a pool was listed on the amenities, but we didn't see anything about it at the hotel.

I chose this hotel based on location and guest recommendations. It was a little dated, but it was clean and quiet.

The breakfast was 98% carbohydrates. Some protein would have been nice.

Heat and AC worked

Took 5 min to get hot water. Tub water valve was hard to get correct. Was very hard to get hot water. Breakfest was terrible. Dry cereal, no milk. Only waffles, no eggs, sausage, or pancakes as advertised.

The night staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom sink was plugged but the maintainence fixed it very quickly. Also the channels and TV functions had alot to be desired.

The physical condition of the room...it was a wreck. Toilet seat broken, sink clogged, curtain rod broken and un-useable, shower drain malfunctioning, clock inoperable, one light bulb missing and one burned out, & heater/ac cover was broken.

Bed was comfortable

The breakfast was coffee and you could make waffles that was their breakfast.

The central location is great. Very friendly staff.

Could use some updates but everything was fine.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Several of the staff were outside smoking when I arrived. The breakfast was minimal at best.

Great room, quiet and clean. Great deal for the price, no frills but a very comfortable bed and complimentary breakfast
