- The hospitality
- It was clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Pool looked cool but we didnt have time. Overall had a welcoming vibe.
- Spacious room, close to everything, heated indoor pool, quiet, decent channel selection on the tv

- You could easily hear anything the people above you were doing. They stomped around a lot late at night. Besides insulation I have no idea how to fix this. The entrance was harder to find at night but we found it quickly enough.
- Lack of selection in breakfast bar, air conditioning/heating unit has limited functionality and blows in one direction (not adjustable), fixed shower head that was aimed too high, pull out couch was broken down and impossible to sit on
