It was under construction, they required a deposit that was the same as the room rate. would have been nice to know in advance.

The hotel is showing its age and seems to be in need of a refresh. Also, the front desk person indicated that he was going to charge my card a deposit and that I would not likely get the deposit back for 7 - 10 days (and it was my bank holding the mone

The staff the following day consisted of the manager who was individually the most rude human being I¿ve ever met in my life. She was rude and a liar I will never ever ever even consider staying at any IHG hotel again because of how she treated me!

Nothing they don¿t help you and never book a third party you will get the worse experience ever

They should no longer advertise breakfast or use the term got breakfast. There wasn't a variety and there was definitely nothing hot. It was just cereal, and yogurt. Pool was closed

I booked this hotel for my daughter and grandkids, their breakfast was not anything the I or the kids would eat. No regular coffee. There was no shampoo in the room, called down to desk. And they said we will send someone up with it. It never came

Staff was great!

The elevator didn't work and we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs, the pool was closed, the room had no black out curtains..we had light coming thru the window all night!! What the heck??? Very disappointed!

Hotel needs updated , mouse traps in sight of guest , leaks in ceiling. Trash out side of doors and in parking area . Carpet was standed .

I really liked the staff. They were nice. The breakfast was pretty good too. The. Whole time I was there the elevator was broken and so was the pool. It was alot of people who were on drugs roaming around also

Morning breakfast and very friendly staff who cared to amend their services for our needs. For example late entry, and asking for water.

The bed was comfortable minus the stained sheets. The room was set up nicely and had nice furniture and decor. The afternoon front desk attendant was very nice and helpful.

The pool is closed and drained. The elevator broken,the few breakfast options were burnt and completely inedible. The room and the common areas were very dirty. There was a used wet bag in the ice bucket. Shampoo and conditioner empty, rude staff.
