I had to beg them to clean the room. And they have a tendency of leaving same sheets on the bed. Then asking for fee too clean the room.I don't like this accommodation.

Bad hotel not clean.and not safe missing item.

Room wasn¿t clean. Had to pay $50 deposit that I wasn¿t aware of. Coffee maker didn¿t work. Very disappointed.

It was easy to access from the interstate and we were able to park right outside our room so we didn't have to carry our luggage very far.

The floors in our room were very dirty.

Location

Staff refused to give extra towels, tv would not work and staff wouldn¿t help. There was a room phone but no cord. The neighbor was extremely loud and they wouldn¿t do anything about it. I checked in around 9 pm but left at 2am. Very disappointed

First night it was noises with other guest wanting to argue and fight and alot of traffic I and out...

Nothing there was roaches in the bathroom. The staff was rude and i had to pay extra 25$ because it was a smoking room.

Needs some updates. Sheets are stained and have holes. I also got bit by something, unsure of what it was. It wasnt a bed bug though.

The motel had been updated and was better than some Travelodges.

The old carpet may not have been changed with the update. A stale smell greeted us when we came, but when we turned on the AC it was OK.

Clean, well-equipped and reasonably priced.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly.

It is a dated hotel but considering the price we didnt mind and VERY clean. There was a lot if outside noise and the breakfast was 2 different types of cereal and muffins.

Was not a 2 star- dead bolt did not work-bathroom door did not shut- toliet lid broken- no coffee in the morning all 4 pots were empty at 7:30 and the girl at the front desk was in no hurry to make more-and charged 5$ fee to clean room UNHEARD OF!!

Room looks all right, staff was nice, but....

Unfortunately, the room I was assigned had bedbugs. The next morning, I had many bite marks and even spotted some on sheets and pillows. Was not a good experience...

Location

This hotel is a one star not a two. Air conditioning was out in the room. We were upgraded but the overall hotel is a one star.

Room was exceptionally clean,. Upon arrival, the room was very hot, and I didn't feel the AC was running strong enough to cool it in the July heat. The manager/owner assured me to give it 20 minutes, and sure enough, it was perfect.

Air conditioning was broken, and the room was HOT

Staff was friendly but did not seem to be knowledgeable.

Non-smoking room reeked like smoke, door did not shut properly and both the bolt and latch lock did not close/work because of it. Because of the smoke smelled room and safety concerns of the door not locking, could not stay at the hotel.

Convenient location

Outside of the building was freshly painted, but still seemed a little dreary. This did not affect anything except the aethstetics.

Everything was clean and operative. The staff were cordial and helpful.

There were no hooks in the bathroom upon which to hang robes or clothing when showering, but the shower was excellent.
