Was unaware of the construction on the front entrance. Had to load and unload the car in the rainy weather.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, good breakfast...what more can you ask for.

It was clean, comfortable, staff was excellent. My only issue was the breakfast.

Breakfast was not the greatest. The TV was a bit small.

Yes. There was a constant beeping noise outside our room and vibrating noise in our room that made it very hard to sleep.

The staff at Hampton Inn Columbus - South was very pleasant and helpful. We needed a late check-out and they were great about that! The room was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Very tasty!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The morning desk staff was so nice!! And made us feel appreciated

Great location

Hotel was not up to Hampton Inn standards for cleanliness at all. The reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub and of course it was not working and did not look like it had for months. There was never anyone at the front desk.

The staff was very nice and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed and more.

I left a voicemail with the manager to get a refund on my stay. I had a ton of issues with the room and the amenities the hotel had to offer.

We did not arrive until 3AM, the hotel knew of our delay, and had everything arranged for check in.

The room we were first given didn't have a good smell,smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We immediately asked for a different room and were given one with no questions asked! Staff was accommodating! Breakfast was wonderful! Clean room as well!

It was clean and I liked the microwave and small refrigerator in the room. It also had very good breakfast.

The check in was very long as there were a number of people and only one person checking in.

Love everything about the hotel room for clean people were friendly next location next to the highway

Extremely clean. Nice breakfast. Nice staff. Great location to many stores and restaurants. Will stay again the next time we travel to Columbus.

Friendly staff, the rooms were nice & clean. My son loved the pool.

Comfortable bed. Updated room with a sexy design. Was a perfect room for a Valentines Day stay with my wife.

The option to txt the staff anything I needed.

Would've liked if they had a couple hot tubs....and had cookies out all day. Was always there @ the wrong time for cookies.
