Location and cleanliness. Quiet.

About a dozen cars were broken into, mine included. Windows all smashed out. Belongings taken. Police stated that this is a weekend occurrence happening frequently. Why wasn’t that disclosed to me at check in? Wh wasn’t there security in the parking lot

The only concern was the ice. There was a bug or some type of slime frozen into it.

It was fairly clean

The heat was so high in the room when we arrived it took several hours to cool down due to the insufficient heating/cooling system. The fan, even on high, barely circulated the air. The English of the front desk staff was broken and hard to understand.

Conveniently located to the convention center.

The first room we were put in smelled like 10 dogs had stayed in there alone for a weweek and peed all over everything. It was awful.

The room itself was ok

When I first got there my room issue was fixed by an employee,I paid for my room and a deposit the next morning 100 more dollars is being demanded from me by a Very rude employee that repeatedly called my phone and knocked on my door until he woke me up.

Great location near the highway and lots of food options. Very clean, modern room. I stayed at this motel previously. Lobby starting to look a bit blah, but the room was very clean. Nice staff.?.friendly place!

Room smelt a bit musty at first.?I had to blast AC for a while.

The room. This is the first time I was in a room with paint peeling in the bathroom and chipped paint near the night stand.

The room was exceptionally clean! There was a nice breakfast buffet and the staff was very friendly at the front desk and especially the lady who prepared breakfast.

Everything was so clean. Daily room service, great breakfast, comfortable beds, and most importantly friendly staff.

Everything was as expected, room was very clean, all staff very friendly and accomodating, breakfast was great!

No complaints

La Quinta is usually the way to go. Loved that it was right by the interstate.

While it was 12 degrees outside, my room felt like a furnace and I had the temp on the absolute lowest heat setting. Probably a user error tho.

Very nice hotel with comfortable, clean roomy rooms. Convenient location.

The front desk operator was helpful

The cleaning products used were too strong, made my eyes itch and gave me a headache.

They gave a key to my room to someone else and they came in when my daughter was nude with the bathroom door open and I was in bed.

Convenient to everything. Staff were kind and considerate. Hotel far exceeded expectations given the 2.5 star rating. I was extremely satisfied!

Sharon, who takes care of the breakfast buffet, is a wonderful asset to your team. I have stayed at this site 4 times now and she is one of the reasons I do.

They let me check in an hour early. Staff was excellent! Older hotel but clean and they definitely upgraded the quality of shampoos/ conditioner. Coffee in the room was a Keurig with a nice selection. Price was great.

Loved everything

The young man at the front desk was very friendly and answered all our questions in a friendly manner. Every employee I came into contact with greeted me with a smile and friendly attitude.
