Great staff and the breakfast was more than expected. Room seemed newly updated

Coffee machines at breakfast were broken. Bathroom was very small… literally had to stand at the sink with my calves touching the toilet because they were 6 inches apart

It was clean and didn't smell like weed

My only complaint was there was only 1 towel in the bathroom and there was bar soap and shampoo and conditioner still in the shower from the previous guest.

The location and the price. Probably should have asked to have room cleaned better (ants). Breakfast staff was non-existent

Ants in the room, shower looked bad (looked like something had been smeared on it, but would not come off) and breakfast buffet. At 7:30 am, run out of eggs, juice/water dispenser not working and limited options(nobody around to refill)

It was very dirty the air conditioner didn't work and they wouldn't do anything about it very poorly place

Not clean, sunflower seeds on the carpet, shower hadn?t been cleaned, carpets not vacuumed and headboards and light switches had t been wiped down thoroughly

Staff was friendly, hotel right off the expressway. Room was spacious.

The bathroom needed some more deep cleaning, and sweeping.

The location.

We were situated across from the ice machine area that wasn?t contained in any sort of room and next to a stair well so it was very noisy. You could feel the springs through the mattress and it sank in the middle. Drain in tub was clogged.

Lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Very good breakfast

The room was clean

It seemed run down and there was no staff to check in. I had to wait 15 minutes

The horrible reviews I saw online or completely wrong. Ice machine works, pool was functioning. There were no holes in walls. The staff was absolutely amazing and breakfast was way more than anticipated.

The hotel is older, and there were a few stains on the carpet and walls.

Location was my only plus for where I needed to be.

If you value cleanliness, this is not the one to pick. Be forewarned their cleaning people don?t even show up for work. Pool closed and dirty. Nothing swept in forever. Had to change rooms and still gross.

Carpets were dirty, really dirty. There were sheets laying in the hallway when I arrived and still there the next day. Hair in bathtub. Bathtub was horrible and needs replaced. I took pictures.Grab bar missing, rusty mess!

Front Desk staff IS AMAZING! JUST LOVE HIM¿¿ If I needed anything he helped me and my hearing impaired husband.Breakfast got better.Lemon water and lemon orange water was awesome ¿¿.His idea was excellent.

Toilet kept clogging and almost overflowing.Pool was closed. Ice machine was down.

They gave us the wrong room first then moved us to a different room and it was disgusting. There were hairs in the bathroom. Something spilled on the night stand. Walls had cracks in them where it looked like someone punched the walls. Late breakfast.

ELEVATORS DIDN'T WORK WATER LEAK ROOMS SMELLED LIKE MILDEW

This hotel should be condemned. There was a pipe broken and bad water damage on our wall outside the room, our room keys didn't work after 5 attempts and her resetting the door. The water was cold, the pool was closed with a later of scum floating on top

We were really counting on the breakfast due to time constraints and the person that was responsible for setting up the breakfast did not show up so it run us late for our event

First day no meat for breakfast.came in the second night got all the way to my room on 3rd floor to have key card not work.Had to go back to lobby.

Pool closed and no one told us at booking or check in
