Dirty, moldy, other guests that needed to be removed but management let them stay after several complaints, breakfast wasn’t edible .

I really enjoyed the continental breakfast,; it was much more than I expected. Scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, cereal, juice and coffee. It made my mornings easier as I left to go to my classes in the area.

I did not like how well the heat worked in the room. It was nice and toasty, but I prefer the room to be cooler at night. It wasn't really a problem though, I simply switched it to ac and I was very comfortable.

Good location relative to food and distance from where I needed to be.

Tub had a leak that dripped loudly making it hard to ignore and sleep. Toilet did not flush properly and backed up every time. Moldy ceilings in the bathroom with an off smell to match.

room 219 had appears to be mold in the ceiling all the way across in the bed area and also the light fixture is full of mold. I left a not at check out because noone was at the front desk..

They do the best they can with limited staff and always make you feel as if you are the only guest at the hotel.

Didn't have a safe in the room .

It's not often I find unqiue things in hotels like this; but the window seat was quite a unique addition to the room. The room also felt relatively modern and clean.

Guy at the front desk could have seemed more like he wanted to be there...but I get it; it was a Monday and I work in IT so I look like I'm there to party.

Friendly staff. Generally clean and pleasant overall. The beds were comfortable enough.

Our room's door handle didn't work very well. It took several attempts before it would open the door. The room had a musty/mildew smell. Metal portions of the bathroom ceiling had rust coming through the paint. No ventilation. Breakfast was ok, not great.

The stay was over

toilet would not flush front desk did not answer, refrigerator did not work and extra lock on the door was broken off. I have pictures of it all. If I could have found another hotel that night I would have. Room was not good at all.

The room was not even clean at all bathroom toilet had waste in it used towels all over the floor bed was not cleaned drinks and food on the countertop trash left in the trash can

This hotel was very very poor I willl never stay there again

The staff was very helpful always ready to provide anything that you needed very friendly smiling faces

We had a room With handicap accessibility but the beds were too tall so the handicapped person Is unable to safely get into the bed by yourself

Dallas the 2nd front staff personnel we talked to.

The first front staff personnel, was rude, unhelpful, had his headphones in the entire time, wouldn¿t help resolve the issues we were having.The sheets were stained, he told us we would have to change them ourselves, and never offered any alternative

The room was clean and the Hotel it¿s self was good.

Well. My sink in my room was licking and I let the staff know but it was never fixed. And I had a bag on my table and when I went to bed I could hear a noise so when I put the light on there was a mouse on the table trying to get into the bag. Not good.

Staff helpful and courteous. Room was attended to daily by housekeeping staff. Addressed the few concerns I had promptly and professionally.

The price and cleanliness. They come and do housekeeping regardless if your still in the room.

Very small queen size bed heating unit had no controls could not adjust room temperature

When booking on line listed closed due to conrad except free breakfast. When we checked in & I asked what time it started & @ that time he said it was closed.I told him if the site would have stated that we'd have gone elsewhere also elevator was broke

Comfortable bed, good breakfast options, friendly staff
