Friendly staff, pool table/game area/seating areas, cleanliness

Bed was uncomfortable. Too hard.

The hotel was very clean, and everyone was friendly.

We were only there 2 days, so this wasn't a big deal, but if you are staying for a longer time, there isn't a closet or dresser to store your clothes. There is a rack with a few hangers you can use to hang some items.

Hotel was great, smelled Amazing & Clean. The Staff was Professional & Hospitable!!

The water in the bathroom sink did not go down as normal appeared to be clogged!!

Yes - location. Loud always due to the highway and traffic. Very thin walls and floors allow for a guest to hear everything. Every door that slams, every conversation in the hallways - just loud. Dirty- ants on the window ledge. Soap containers empty

It was very stylish and had nice bath products

The pool was closed. The whole reason for this ¿staycation¿ was to swim with my sister who is in poor health for her birthday. I went with a Hilton property as they are typically associated with high quality. It was abysmal. The room was filthy. Terrible.

The breakfast is in 2 different areas which the breakfast selection isn't that large for it to be in 2 different areas. Very bad idea. The Breakfast selection is something you would find at a Best Western motel, this is a Hilton property what is going on

We arrived and checked in. We was assigned 469 and it was never cleaned. We went back downstairs and they didn¿t have another room. After 30 mins of searching the computer the clerk found a room but we had no key. And to top it off we found a dirty diape
