Pros +
- friendly staff, spoke English (prior hotel was Spanish speaking only which made it difficult-Cincinnati)
- Nothing!!
- Close to our venue.
Cons -
- hotel did not offer towel/bed making/trash pick up daily. bed making was every 3 days, towels/trash when requested. At the price for the room, it should be done daily and not upon request. (hotel said they had limited staff, not my problem)
- Front desk clerk very rude Sat on chair and leg fell off Smoke detector was just hanging. Whole experience was awful!!! Would have been cheaper to call hotel for rates.
- Hotel was under renovation. Room needed a number of small items fixed doors, paint, tile.
