They moved us to another room quickly after telling that there were fleas in the carpet of the room we were in.

Our first room was infested with fleas.

Clean rooms

The elevator was out of service. One of our family members has a difficulty maneuvering stairs and this was a problem.

Location close to highway

Very grody hotel. Bathroom in room did not feel clean. Room felt very dingey. Understand it was a cheap option but this hotel is dated and dirty.

It¿s clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good.

Price and convenience of location

Some of the outlets did not work and the plugs would fall out of them. The walls actually creaked when someone was walking above our room. Almost called front desk to get a room change because it was happening at midnight but it finally stopped.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, limited items for breakfast but very tasty and well prepared.

Everyone of the staff was very friendly, and the house cleaners were excellent.

The first room had a detached drain pipe in which led to wet feet. The second room had trouble with the toilet tank refilling from old seel. Everything else was fine.

The location was off the main road and quiet. The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and hotel employee was very attentive keeping it well stocked. Check in was fast and the staff was helpful with restaurant recommendations.

All was as expected. Cleanliness, room maintenance and even breakfast was one of the better motel experiences had in the past.

The location was great, right near highway, stores, restaurants, and mall. Staff were pleasant and informative. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. TV remote didn¿t work very at times. Breakfast was fine with basic main items. Appreciated options.

Location to our destination, and conveniences.

The 7am time for the opening of the eating area. We needednto be out of the hotel by 7am. You neednto open it for at least juice, and a bagel. We left hungry!

Electric charge station

Loud s rea.ing family (with childten) next door first night, tepid coffee, dripping tub faucet. Seemed like a Motel 6.

Location was great -right off a major road way but not in an area so busy you couldn't get sleep. Room was large and spacious. Bed was firm but comfortable. The bathtub was great - it was perfect to get in a soak your cares away.

The floor creeks a lot which can be startling. No dresser in the room - just two large drawers in the consol that the TV sat on and the typical minimal coat hangers didn't really make up for two adults staying for a week.

It was nice, quiet, and close to the museum.

The Jacuzzi in the room was pretty beat up so we didn't use it. I'm sure it was clean, but didn't look like it.

The daytime desk lady was nice,as was the breakfast lady, and the older gentleman at night. Staff on the evening desk was exceptional, and made us feel at home.

There were no alarm clocks. In the middle of the night ,when the room is dark,and you want to see what time it is, it's difficult to focus on a cellphone's small clock.
