It was a decent price

There was a large spider in the bathroom and had been there for awhile because it had molted and there was some other debris on the bathroom floor. Not the dirtiest place by far, but definitely hadn’t been checked for cleanliness before we came.

Very clean, great customer service.

the hot breakfast was a bit misleading. it would be helpful to have a chair in the rooms.

Good location

Breakfast staff and product availability was somewhat lacking. Only one juice selection was available and it was watered down way to much. Scrambled eggs were on the line but ran out and it took quite a bit of time to be replenishef.

Clean room, comfy bed

First room we were given the door was broke off the hinge and would not close. Breakfast was disappointing, milk was expired and only a few muffins left. I asked staff about more milk and food and was told they were cleaned out due to the holiday...

The location was perfect for what I needed. Despite the pandemic the staf was courteous, and professional.

The only issue was the WiFi being down and staying down the entire stay. This made for a challenge to working.

The room was very nice! The girl working was very respectful! Saturday the temperature got up to 83% the air didn't work in our room about 11pm called front desk told her air wasn't working was there a fan we could use? About an hour later she came back

to no fan. She stood there hessitrntly an offered us another room my boyfriend told her it was OK didn't want to inconvients her.it was so hot I had to prop the door open with a pillow and couldn't really sleep! I have stage 3 non small cell lung cancer .

Breakfast buffet was excellent and continuously restocked.

The bathroom fan in room 215 makes a very irritating loud noise and unfortunately stays on automatically when the lights are turned on. That should be repaired.

Our room had an issue with the shower drain and it filled up the tub when taking a shower. Couldn't get it to drain. The first morning the fire alarm went off twice, then the elevator stopped working and it was broken when we checked out.

Very nice hotel. Clean, modern, and in a nice business district with many places to eat and shop nearby.

Not really, it was a very good experience.

They should consider remodeling the halls...rooms are still in great shape...staff is great

The pool had an odd smell and the water was foggy. There was some garbage behind the nightstand that needed vacuuming. Front desk staff was cordial but not overly friendly.

Very clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

Staff were great and the fresh baked cookies were delicious. Comfy pillows.

Bathroom was really small and a little run down.

Its close to a shopping area- Walmart, restaurants and stores

I booked a room with 2 beds and the room had 1 full size bed. The receptionist said the hotel had been booked for months and I made my reservations a week before staying there. Was given a rollaway bed left at door mildew smell in hallway and no closet!

Room was what we expect of Hampton Inn; clean and comfortable.

Definitely could use more employees especially at prime time of check in/out.

Staff were extra friendly. Location is good, Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast offering was excellent.

Initially the tub didn't drain, but when we brought it to the attention of the staff, it was quickly and effectively resolved.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful.

There was a problem with other guests fighting and yelling late at night. They did not come in and make the bed everyday as expected..I complained and they did it one night but not the other two nights.

The staff (at the front desk) was excellent. The breakfast area was small, but good and the gentleman working there was great.

The highway noise. Unfortunately, we were on the side closest to the highway and we could not be moved because of the full capacity. Hotel employee was kind and gave us earplugs. Sadly, it was still loud with inconsistent motor noise at all hours.
