Clarion Pointe Fairborn near Wright Patterson AFB

Room was clean. Enjoyed pool. Couldn't beat the price.

It was supposedly just updated, but she things looked worn. Bathroom door in our room was broken. Ants on the breakfast buffet

Received call at 0600 am from front desk that someone reported my food was delivered outside my door by door dash. Needless to say, the food was in the hallway before I checked into my room. Cameras should have shown that. No food left for Breakfast.

Close to where I Needed to be.

Air on floor was not working and it took 3 rooms to find one where air conditioner worked. Two light bulbs were flickering in bathroom had to be replaced. The fan in the bathroom made a racket as bearing was going bad. Cracks and plaster in spots. CHEAP

Location

This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Broken window, bad smells, dirty room, housekeeper never came to make up the room... what did we pay for?

The staff was friendly.

Overall, the property has been neglected. It was also dirty. Things, like electrical outlets, didn't work. The shower was stained and didn't drain well. The outside of the property was equally ignored - weeds and overgrown.

The property was centrally located for our visit. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Facility not in good shape. Bathrooms in need of updating. The 3 bulb light fixtures only had one bulb. Drain in shower backed up creating ankle deep water. Hotel didn't have the king bed we reserved.

Close to a lot of store and higway

Sheets were smelly and had brown spots. The hotel had a bad insect smell

Nice staff, clean room

Many maintenance issues- bathroom door didn't close, sink drain plug stuck down, etc. Pool was cold. No hot tub as description stated and we were really looking forward to the hot tub after a long drive. :( Didn't feel like 2.5 star quality hotel.

Been comfortable

Breakfast was really poor. No plates for the waffles, no pastries, juice watered down. Bathroom door wouldn't stay shut and in the middle of the night they were emptying the trash bins so really loud.

Affordable, convenient location. Staff is very helpful

The lock on my room door was broken & there was a lot of trash under the bed. Otherwise the room was clean though.

Located near everything

Pool was out of order . Did not clean rooms or change linen during a three day stay . Had to get ice and new towels from front desk

This place is clean and located close to other hotels and several restaurants nearby. We went to the Air Force Museum the next day and it took about 10 min to get there. Staff was friendly. They have a breakfast in the morning.

The hotel was great. The coffee was cold and the breakfast food was not as warm as it could have been but overall an excellent stay.

Room was not properly clean. Tub very outdated and dirty, did not drain properly. Poor breakfast options. Overall poor experience, and will not return

The room was very nice (remodeled).

Outside of the room the rest of the hotel was shabby to me. Also, the pool is still out for swimmers. They try to make you reuse towels for three days unexceptionable.

it was close to the nutter center

room was infested with ants, pool and ice machine were broken. soft spots in the floor. only bagels, cereal and toast for breakfast which also had ants running around on the counter top. worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

They didn¿t serve a hot breakfast like add says and no reason given. All they had was some some muffins. Their juice machine was even out of order. My ax unit was even messed up panel was in machine and afraid to touch it.

Greatly appreciated the continental breakfast. Bees were comfortable. Was able to completely darken windows.

Room had a funky smell, not bad but odd, maybe from a mixture of cleaning and smoking that other people try to sneak. Coffee pot wouldn't work. Microwave and alarm clock weren't plugged in. Hard on me to bend down to get them plugged in.

The room was comfortable and clean. Check in was simple and the staff was very helpful. We faced a couple unexpected issues unrelated to the hotel and the staff was quick to help.

Location, location, location. Hotel was fine, rooms clean and modern decor and eq. but took a while to get checked in. - No staff abut.

The price was right. Room was clean. Had a big television with alot of channels. Front desk and housekeeping personnel were great.

Outside around the side of the Building needs some tender loving care. Breakfast bar was a little disappointing. Not a whole lot to it.
