There was a HAIR in the eggs!! I told the attendant but she either didn’t hear me or didn’t understand me so I threw it away!

There was supposed to be free internet access...This was the only hotel I had problems, all other hotels worked with the same laptop...They simply refused to rectify and said it was "Not their problem". Much more to say here but space will not allow.

I liked how all the bad reviews i read about other people's experiences at this hotel, were not experienced by me, on my stay. I can understand how people can have an unpleasant first time, but give them another chance to make it up to you. Not bad IMO

Room was ok I’ve seen worse.

No elevator. I’m somewhat handicapped. I did not request another floor as I assumed there would be a an elevator.

Breakfast was pretty decent, and my room seemed more clean than most. The fridge and Freezer were actually plugged in and operational which was a big positive as often my hotel rooms do not have working fridge/freezers.

Using a Rolling Walke, Was easy getting into the room and the bathroom. Bathroom was equipped with safety grab bars and a shower seat. There was a Microwave & Fridge in the room. King Size bed was comfortable.

The staff was courteous.

The rooms were AWFUL!!! I woke up to bed bugs biting me. I went to the front desk to inform them and I was transferred to another room. I did not detect bed bugs in the new room, it was just not clean. I hated that my sleep was broken. I was exhausted.

Breakfast choices were very limited. Needed more fruit, pastries would have been nice. Waffle iron was not working correctly.

A/C worked well. Room had dark curtains for sleeping. Location was quiet. Comforter was comfortable. Free breakfast was pretty good, but had the circle eggs.

Bathtub drain didn't work. Hot water ran out quickly a couple times I showered. There's no housekeeping at all. Paperthin walls. Two nights I had to go down to desk at 11pm and 1am because booming music and yelling. Breakfast circle eggs.

The front doors were not aligned and woul dnot close properly and very dirty, and glass was fiflthy. The hall ways and stairways carpet was very dirty

The room was dirty. The location is bad. Staff allowed other canon to keep the security door lodged open so they can keep an eye on their dogs that were locked up in a van right outside the door.

The smoke detector started beeping at 3:15 AM. There is no phone in the room to call down to the desk. The size of the shampoo and conditioner bottles was extremely small and very disappointing.

The room looked nice, was of good size.

It was across from the hotel commercial laundry room and around the corner from the check in desk. Do to the talking outside my room by employees of the laundry, a bus showing up somewhere around 1-2am. I got hardly any sleep! It was awful!!

The circular artificial eggs could have been better, and the orange juice was mostly just water; otherwise, the breakfast was OK.

Water was brown coming out of faucet, afraid to take advantage of continental breakfast after Brown spots on towels Iron didn¿t work Mirrors were so bad, I used soap and hot water to clean a little section Key card side door propped open with brick

Furnishings of room were in good shape. Bed was excellent.

Lots of corners being cut.(not replacing tp/toiletries/shower curtain between guests, breakfast in general, using same rag to clean all surfaces) Treadmill is junk and should be thrown away. If you have low expectations, you'll be satisfied.
