Spacious and clean room and bathroom

Saturday morning breakfast was below average. Not very good.

We expected the room to be cleaned each day. The room was cleaned on the first day. On the 2nd day the room was not cleaned. No fresh towels, beds not made and we emptied our own trash, I checked with the desk and was told they showed it was cleaned.

bad odor at the front desk area We were not able to take advantage of breakfast because it was pretty much gone before the end of the time frame given for breakfast. It ends at 9 and we were there at 8:30 and it was pretty much gone and not replenished

there was no mat in the tub and I slipped and fell. the door striker plate was missing and the door was hard to pull shut. i came back in the afternoon and found that housekeeping had left my door un-latched with my computer just inside the door. more.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was not fully cleaned. Lots of neglected places under the desk, in between furniture where we found bits of papers, lost hair ties, plastic tags, a piece of broken plastic from a cup, candy. Dirty bathroom. In hallways, unfinished trim project.

Lukewarm to cold shower. Dirty towel left hanging on back of door. Arrived an hour before check in time and was told it would cost me $35 to check in early

Clean and quiet. Good value

It¿s kind of away from everything except a gas station. 5-10 min drive for food. Other than that it¿s a great place to stay

The room looked brand new with comfortable queen beds and was so nice!

The breakfast was grab and go in a bag which was disappointing because we are gluten free and could not choose.

It was quiet and the free wifi was strong enough to stream a movie

The breakfast was awful and shouldn't have been listed as an amenity. It was a cold scrambled egg patty, a banana and yogurt in a paper bag. There was no coffee or other drink.

The room was larger than expected and the bed was decent! After renovations are completed, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Currently undergoing renovation; still needs work to bring it up to an average rating. The first room they put us in was quite nice, but they were still painting down the hall. They had no problems moving us! Staff was great!

Easy to locate and had adequate parking, internet and provided breakfast. Desk clerk was polite and helpful. Good TV viewing choice.

Room that we were checked into did not have functioning air conditioning. However, once reported, desk clerk immediately gave us another room. Hotel furniture is not good quality. TV cabinet remained but TV was mounted on wall.

Old and run down. Dirty. Sheets were stained and wrinkled.

Was told pet friendly on website, however, and thank God I did not bring my dogs. When I called, I was told $10.00 additional for my dogs, but at checkin was told $250.00. Not Pet Friendly!

Electrical outlet in bathroom not working, security latch inoperable., Paper cups for coffee and tea not wrapped in plastic, No clothes hangers. Several holes in walls.TV was old tube type with bad picture. Manager said in process of remodeling.

It was easy to find.

The customer service was terrible!Never answered the phone. It took forever to check in as they did not have a room for me, the one they put me in was barely clean, bugs crawling on the wall and ceiling. Left in the middle of the night!

the bad hotel I have ever stay on :(

this hotel location and looks unsafe, has a bad smile in the hallways and in the rooms

The staff was excellent and went out of their way when we left a c-pap machine in the room. They helped by calling us to let us know about it and helping us to retrieve it.

Location to the Air Force Museum

Bed was horrible. There were springs poking out the sides and the bed was very hard.

The people were very nice and helpful. Maintenance was helpful. Night staff was helpful. Thee room was very clean and smoke free. Housekeeping was very nice and helpful as well. It was peaceful as well.

Thee lady in the morning was very rude and impolite. Very short talking, getting smart and attitude. I liked the food. But I didnt like that we didn't have any sausage with our biscuits & eggs.

Location is great. Overall condition is still good (not perfect by any stretch) and no bed bugs so far.

This particular hotel advertises a full, free breakfast. However, they only had a very small, continental breakfast. They use to have the full breakfast. I consider this false advertising. I specifically chose this hotel for the breakfast (we didn't get).
