- The location was amazing and all the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Also we had an amazing view of the river out the window.
- The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms were very modern. I enjoyed the rain shower and the internet TV. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't know anything about the area, so they helped us a lot.
- The staff were worth 5 stars. The room, location and restaurant were also 5 stars.

- I was super sad there was no microwave. I was unable to warm up any left overs that I brought back from the restaurants. Also the vast bar was popping upstairs and you could definitely hear it while trying to sleep.
- For the price, the breakfast did not offer as much as we thought it would. We've eaten at a few hotel continental breakfasts that had a price, but generally, they offer more than what you can find at other free breakfasts.
- COLD SHOWERS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Myself and at least 9 other guests had this same experience. I would hesitate to stay there again.

Location and design
The room wasnââ¬â¢t clean. The toilet was dirty the rug wasnââ¬â¢t vacuumed and there was someoneââ¬â¢s earring left behind the bed. The bed was uncomfortably hard.
Location was amazing, lots to walk to, places to exercise, etc. Everything was really clean. Bar was open and abiding by social distancing. Easy check-in/check-out.
I wish there was breakfast, even if you had to pay for it.
