- The room was dirty there was a big stain on the floor. The microwave was broken. The TVs did not work. There was a crack on the back of the toilet. The lobby closed at 10 o?clock. The door was sticking..
- Lobby closes at 10:00 so we couldn?t check in for our reservations so we called the emergency number, broken lock on room door, bathroom faucet didn?t work, coat hanger fell off the wall. Second night the key didn?t work and lobby closed again.
- The smell of the room, the cleanliness. Was very outdated. TV did not work whatsoever and I booked a room with a fireplace and did not get that upon check in.
