The breakfast room was a bit crowded and the food could have been a little better.

Location, breakfast.

The room was dark, and the bathroom faucet was hard to use and there was too much perfume spray in the hallways and the room— I have allergies.

I was not given the room type I reserved, so the room did not meet our needs. The toilet paper holder was half ripped off the wall. There was no sheer privacy curtains, so we had to leave the curtain closed, leaving the room very dark.

Hotel was very clean and updated

Pool was dirty and cloudy full of bugs very poor maintenance

Staff are very nice and professional, clean hotel. Excellent location near all things.

The Female desk clerk on Day 2 was great unlike the rude male clerk on Day 1

I have never had such scratchy towels in my life even at a really inexpensive motel. They could have been used for sand paper. Disgusting. Again, it is undoubtedly my age, but the television had no instructions and it took awhile to figure out.

The woman at the front desk when we checked out was helpful and pleasant. Otherwise, it was an older hotel that didn?t feel clean.

Cleanliness was lacking!

The staff made you feel right at home! Shout out to Hotel employee, who made me smile every day!

Our bathroom was a little outdated, but it was clean.

Continental breakfast and they were very accommodating!

The only thing I wasn¿t happy about is that they didn¿t come in and make up my bed during the stay or replenish the linens, we had to ask.

Room was dirty, staff were unprofessional. Room was small, unlike anything I would expect from this chain

The hotel was super clean and staff was very friendly and open. Greeted you as soon as they saw you!

The room a little too dark maybe add an extra source of lighting

The location was great for an event we were attending and to go out to Bridge Park afterwards for drinks.

Staff seemed very casually dressed on Saturday. I don¿t need full uniforms, but jeans with holes and sweatpants are not what I was expecting from a Hilton owned property.

Hotel was convenient and room was clean.

Wi-fi was terrible. Could not get connected. Pool was dirty.

Front desk staff were young but awesome.

Room never got cold enough. Bathroom faucet had temps reversed.

I was double charged for the room, breakfast was offered but most of the items were gone 30 mins after it started. Was supposed to get a call from the manager about the double charge never received a call back. After 3 days. Room had a horrible odor.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am - I finally gave up at 7:30am and went back to my room and got dressed and went out for breakfast after checking out. No fridge or microwave in room.

Staff was friendly and payed attention to our surroundings, comings and goins

I reserved room for 3 days for 4 people . I Was disappointed to only have 1 shampoo/conditioner for 4 people and 2 small bars of soap. Just thought more should've been provided. No problem getting more at front desk though, so all good.
