Clean room

Much of the Staff speak no English No secure WiFi Breakfast tables have dangerous metal leg platform

It was brand new (or seemed to be) so it was clean with all the modern amenities. The one downside was the that the breakfast was TERRIBLE. The eggs and hot food were bland and tasteless. So, I stuck to yogurt and a bagel.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful when they were around. I mean they were great! But, every time I went to the front desk (which was a lot over a week period), no one was ever at the front desk and there was no "bell" to ring.

The room needed more toilet paper, no hot tub, the pool water could be warmer

Very clean room. Bed and bedding bed comfortable. Check in / out simple.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a gentleman with a friendly smile. He was nice, friendly, and very pleasant. The hotel was in a great location and it was clean and very well kept.

They refused to clean my room. They said they were upgrading my room but it was actually a downgrade.

Room size was great! Close to zoo!

This was our best hotel experience ever! Loved the kitchen, king bed, shower, and room layout.

Our room was a mini suite with a kitchenette. Everything was provided. Very large room and nice comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and the staff was terrific.

No hot tub or jacuzzi in pool area

I loved everything. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was warm. And staff super friendly.

The entrance could have been better marked from road.

Excellent customer service, very friendly and attentive manager, beautiful rooms and environment. Our entire party of 9 individuals was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this hotel. We travel her from IL, NY and NJ and had an excellent stay!

Very clean and friendly staff.

Ice maker in fridge did not work. Used a credit card for incidentals, (room was fully paid when booked) and was contacted the next morning by my banks that fraud protection cancelled my card due to unauthorized use. Hmm, haven't used that card in months..

Clean room, courteous and helpful staff, brand new hotel with great amenities. For a continental breakfast, it was pretty good. Crowded at times, but food and coffee was always replenished.

Curtains didn't cover the windows adequately so parking lot lights provided a lot of ambient light throughout the night

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly, the room was beautiful and so comfortable and everything was so clean and nice. Will be staying here again!
