Front desk staff, cleanliness, availability of 2bedroom suite that sleeps six-EXCELLENT privacy and value!

The breakfast was way well below expectations -poor quality, fruit was old, milk was warm, very little variety… coffee was awful. I was actually shocked at the sadness level of that , I expected good coffee from a Hilton!

the bed is too big for the room. hard to move around. but the extra living space makes up for it

The light in my shower room would come on after turning the switch on for 3+ minutes. The tub creeped and sounded like I was going to break it. The TV in the living room did not work. No black out shades so you wake when the sun comes up.

Staff didn't really seem to know what they're doing and I got double charged by them. Had to call to get it resolved.

Enjoyed the extra space for a week long stay. My interactions with staff were great. The location was perfect for my needs and the grounds were quiet.

Bed could have been a little more comfortable, but the down pillows made up for this a bit. The climate control in the room was a little finicky. The exterior door near my room had some card reading issues, but was fixed quickly upon alerting staff.

Convenient location for sites

Didn't have a double room gave us 2 seperate rooms though. Room #217 had a smell slightly

AC worked great, layout is nice, some wear/tear but nothing that impacted stay.

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Location was great for our trip to the zoo.

Only negatives were that the whirlpool in the pool area was not working and the pool water was very cold.

Parking charge of 12 dollars is not justified with hotel¿s location in suburban office park. Unreasonable and seems like a cash grab by hotel on its guests. Should be free. We will not stay at hotel again because of it.

Yes, 1. The front desk staff always outside sitting down smoking. 2. Room 415 sliding heavy glass door was just laying against the sliding door frame ready for a bad accident, Hazard for our 2 1/2 year old/us. 3. We had no soap, tissue or sofa bedding.

2 room Suite. Full kitchen. Comfy bed.

Nothing. Met all my expectations. Well, actually I was on 4 th floor. Took a fill 15 minutes for water in shower to get ¿hot¿ enough. Also Shower head needed replacing

The room itself seemed clean

The hallways smelled SO STRONG of smoke. The pool was ice cold and not usable so our kids were super disappointed. Won¿t stay here again.
