- They charge me $50 to keep my 10 pound. Dog and I don't think that they report that money because I had to pay cash if I didn't have 50 cash, I couldn't stay. So I would like to work out another way to pay for my dog.

- The beds were hard as a rock. I paid for on a 3rd part app and still had to pay extra when I got there to check in. Housekeeping came in at 10am when check out wasn't till 11am. Walked right in on my kids no knock.
