Yes! Bleed all over the bedspread on one of the beds. They had to bring blankets cause they said the were out of bedspread. NASTY! UNSANITARY! DISAPPOINTED! DISGUSTING!
Yes. It was blood all over one of the blankets on the bed. The staff said they didn?t have anymore bedspreads, but sent up 4 brown covers. NASTY! UNSANITARY!

I DIDN'T GET THE ROOM I PAID FOR THEY SWITCHED IT WHEN I ARRIVED. i CALLED THE FRONT DESK TO ASK TO SWAP ROOMS BECAUSE THE HEAT DIDNT WORK ENDED UP CHECKING OUT WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF. SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO CLOSE THE ROOM AND DIDNT DO SO.

THE HEAT DID NOT WORK. I DIDNT GET THE KING SIZE SUITE, I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REFUNDED WHEN I ASKED TO SWITCH ROOMS AND COUULDN'T. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED. THEN THEY KEPT THE ADDITIONAL 20
