NEVER STAY HERE - IT?S NOT A HOTEL, IT?S A CLUB WITH BEDROOMS! The10th floor club pounds music till 2:15am all 3 nights (Wed Thurs Fri). I was 2 floors down (8th) but it was like it was in my room till 2:15am, then LOUD equipment dragging noises till 4am.

I liked that it was a short walk to the convention center and to nearby eateries and shopping. The room was ok. Good for one person. Also, the shower was really great!

The experience was odd. The check in was a bar. Also the room didn't have many amenities, no fridge, microwave, iron-the iron was communal on a different floor so yeah not great. The tv was also weird, the remote was really slow to commands. Odd.

Staff was amazing and energetic.

For all the nice amenities and the staff, very surprised by how uncomfortable the actual bed was.

No refrigerators or microwaves in the room! For as much as it costs a night, it should have 1 or both of those items.

Location was awesome for my visit back to my hometown.

No luggage carts. Absolutely unbelieveable for price of my stay that I had to carry multiple loads of luggage from the valet area myself. While trying to maneuver key cards throughout it all.

The hotel itself is super nice! The staff is very polite, super clean, easy parking. Super close to our event and many amazing food selections.

Apparently the hotel has two of the most popular bars in Short North and absolutely were not expecting rave music and insanely loud partying until 2am.. If you have places to be in the morning on a weekend then this place isn't for you.

great place to stay if you¿re going out. Within walking distance to many restaurants and night life.

They didn¿t tell me they were opening a tab at the bar in my name. I never went to the bar but ended up with over $100 in charges. Apparently anyone who knows your name is able to charge your room from the bar or gift shop even if you¿re not with them.

This hotel is exactly what I expected and was seeking when I booked it. Very eclectic and modern with a fun feel in the most perfect location on High Street. The atmosphere and the staff were the best part about the experience.Genuinely happy/helpfulstaf

I understand hotels sometimes need to undergo construction at times. However, this was not mentioned anywhere when we booked or signs when we checked in. Woke up both days early by constant loud drilling into concrete that went on the entire day.

Clean, great character, terrific friendly staff, great location for my needs, plenty of good restaurants nearby, amenities were spot on, one of the best business trip experiences I've had.

It would have been nice to have a mini fridge and dresser in the room, but they made the most of a small space, not a deal breaker. I would stay there again.

The location was great and the hotel was clean.

There were little to no amenities- 1 pillow, no wash cloths or ice bucket. Breakfast is a gas station muffin, stale bagel with Luke warm water and coffee. The staff seems unprofessional, most were doing their 'homework' when we were waiting for service.

Really nice rooms (smaller but fine), and loved the free drink at check-in. Patio on room was a perk.

Had to wait an hour to check in. First lady at check in rude and made no attempt to check in on status, luckily the 2nd lady was a lot better. Pool table was nice but need some tips on the cue sticks.

Great location, beautiful outdoor patio,staff was very accommodating, modern design. The bar was a lot of fun. We'll probably go back just to stay at this hotel.

I don't drink, so checking in for my room at the bar was awkward.

It was small and compact. Nice big TV on the wall and the water was hot. Next time we will need a KING size bed.

The $32 valet parking.

Reserved a double queen suite that thought had a balcony. When arrived and got to the room it was 2 full bed in 2 tiny room with a bathroom in the middle. When clicking on room details it shows a patio balcony with the room.

Nice rooms, felt reasonably clean

Lobby was crazy loud when we checked in, it was difficult to communicate with the staff. The hotel in general was quite loud during our one night stay.

Great vibe, great location, excellent staff.

This is a three star hotel, as advertised, so people need to align expectations accordingly; however bottles of water or cups in rooms seems a de minimus level of service and the hotel should adopt this practice.

The location was very convenient

I'd have liked to find hand lotion provided as it is an expected amenity.
