Breakfast was great

The refrigerator in our room was broken, the sink wouldnt drain in the bathroom, the air conditioner was very outdated. The hallway was very noisy after quiet hours

Very cordial staff whose obvious concern is customer satisfaction. Because of its very low and affordable price, and with all the amenities— including a full breakfast— this is a high quality hotel is more than a bargain. We’ll be back.

Everything was up to our high standards.

Cleanliness and friendly staff

The TV in the room kicked us out after about 30 seconds. Could not watch an entire show or game at all. Not enough staff working - there was often no one at the front desk because that person had to take care of room requests. Many more inconveniences

There was only 1 elevator operating and our room smelled like mildew. We could see were the wall was bowing from water damage, probably from the air conditioner.

They did warn me after pre paying the hotel. You can?t stay there if your license says you work 25 mile radius. Work for DoD I keep my home address while stationed abroad as a civilian. Came home to visit family memorial weekend. Not worth arguing

The breakfast was better than expected and the rooms were clean and comfortable

We specifically chose the hotel because of the pool advertised. There was no pool.

The entire stay was great. The rooms were clean and the reception clerk made us feel very welcome and she was helpful also.

Under renovation and no pool and fitness room.

Nothing serious beside we had to wait for two hours before we can check in. Because the room wasn't clean but it cool

Everybody was so incredibly kind and they had plates of Subway cookies every day in the lobby! Next time I come back for the Arnold, I'll be staying here as those cookies were what set this place apart from anywhere else I've stayed.

Not a single complaint, thanks for the wonderful weekend.

Modern room, awesome staff

Our room smelled entirely of weed. We tried hard to get it out but we ended up smelling it the entire time

The best was the friendly staff, that sets the tone right away. They were the best, wish I caught their names.

The toilet paper holder HAHA maybe it's just a me thing but I could not use it. It just spun and my tp would kerplunk to the floor. It's Def just a me thing

Great experience! Room was modern and very clean compared to my experience with other hotels that are 4 stars in downtown Columbus. The lobby, ice and vending machine room, free breakfast, parking were all above average. The check in/ out was a breeze.

Cleaning staff and breakfast host went above and beyond. Shower and room were pleasant.

The rooms - we could hear everything from our neighbors. Alarm clocks, coughing, etc.... Paper thin walls.

No pool, no restaurant and bar has limited hours and closed early!

Very clean, modern hotel. The location was close to dining, shopping, & entertainment. The staff was friendly & accommodating. Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise in a world of Covid grab & go meals.

Ice machines on every other floor. A pool would have been nice.

While taking shower the shower door fell on me and when reported this to the receptionist they just said sorry and nothing else.
