Best Western Columbus Airport

The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was kind and accomodating. Breakfast was great.

There was broken glass and a used condom in the back parking lot. Made me and my kiddo feel a little skeeved out:

I did not have a bad experience at all.

Every car windows were broken including mines. I will not be staying at that hotel. Staffs were rude.

The rooms smell like smoke and furniture looks dusty. The towels looks dirty brown.

The girl at the reception is very rude and doesn't have any good communication skills. Very bad attitude. She is a black lady big girl that comes in the morning. She was so rude. The other staff were good to me except this particular one not really a nice person at all. She needs to be removed from front desk she will make you loose business with her attitude because I almost cancelled my stay when I first spoke to her.

The service was terrible. The employees were eating the free breakfast with the customers at the lobby tables. They were loud and yelling at each other. There was a $250 damage deposit but the rooms are not checked or cleaned daily. The guest service didn't seem to know how to manage reservations at check in or check out. They let's didn't work consistently.

great location

Hallway going to parking lot was on the other side or the wall from our headboard. The door was broken and you had to slam the handle to open it. All night and morning there was a door slamming. when we turned on our shower the shower head broke off the wall and we had to hold it to shower and turn water on and off while we showered.
