The staff was very nice, and friendly. The hotel and hotel room was kept neat and clean and was quiet.

The room was huge and the location for the airport was convenient.

Room wasn¿t cleaned very well. Microwave didn¿t work.

I liked the small kitchen and layout of the room. Also, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was definitely above average compared to the other hotels I have been at.

The rooms are in desperate need of an update. The walls were very thin. The type of clientele at this hotel was not of a normal Marriott property.

It was close to the Columbus airport and we had just returned on an international flight.

The clerk that checked me was smoking and continued even though I told her I was allergic. Very annoying. This hotel was rated a 8.1 and certainly did not meet that criteria. Wold not stay there again.

The staff was not very helpful. She was on the phone each time we came to the office. And we asked for an extra set of sheets and she said she would have them brought up and never did then she said that it would be better if we came and got them.

After reserving two rooms online, checked in around 3:30 only had one available had two wait on second one to be cleaned Think rooms were being first come first serve and not saving the reserved ones. Will probably not stay here again.

Confusing as to where check in was

The individual room was nice. The closeness to Easton shopping was great (5 minutes), without being in a congested area.

Exterior and hallways were somewhat worn. The outside key card lock was VERY difficult to get to work properly. After about 10 tried, it finally opens. Breakfast was in the building across the parking lot and only available until 9am.

The service here is equal to a five-star hotel! The staff is extremely acommodating. The property is always quiet and clean.

Hair in bedding, even after getting a second set. Asked for maintenance to come, never did. Was unable to sleep due to noise. Couch was old, dingy, with stains. Would not stay here again

A little off the beaten path so if you are not driving, consider doing all your errands at once.

The staff are poorly trained. A gps is needed if you drive to hotel. It's not in a convenient or easily accessible location. Also, the free breakfast isn't posted, so be sure to ask.

Location was about it. Amenities in room including a full kitchen were above average. Would be okay for a long term stay on a budget as long as you can stand filth.

General cleanliness was poor. Flooring throughout was dirty and dated. Entire faculty is dated. Not above a 2 star. Must be stuffing the customer ratings because not a very nice facility. Best one word description I can think of is "dump".
