Pros +
- most of the staff were very friendly
- Architecture and location. The building is an ornate old bank that has been converted to a hotel. The architecture is stunning. The location is also terrific with plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was above average.
- Easy distance to walk back from Nationwide Arena. Great little neighborhood off the beaten path. Staff was extremely friendly.
Cons -
- I was asked if id like a room freshen up during my stay, I said yes and it never happened. Morning #1, cold oatmeal, morning #2 everything was empty..not many options, morning #3 same as morning #2
- Parking. There isn't any place to park nearby without paying by the hour or you can pay the hefty $24 per day valet fee (plus tips). I know it's downtown, but they should make those valet spots available for a fee instead of valet only. I felt trapped.
- I requested double queen beds and got a king bed and a sleeper sofa. We made it work but it wasn't what I requested and paid for.
