Architecture is beautiful and from the 1800’s

Horribly bad black mold all over shower curtain and big red lipstick stain on top of shower curtain where it attaches. Faucet didn’t allow water to run into the tub to take a bath. Shower head worked but faucet was leaky. Chipped furniture in bathroom.

Great lobby! Loved the bar and the restaurant; Food was top-notch.

I liked the location

I did not like the lack of cleanliness in the room. They bathroom still had hair in the sink and on the floor and there was visible dirt still on the toilet and in the room. For the money that you pay and the star rating of this hotel, I was disappointed!

Valet was nice and accommodating

The room was very small compared to others. It was right by the elevator so it was loud at night. The thermostat did not adjust to any cooler setting. Only one elevator worked the 5 days we were there.

Bathroom ceiling leaked at 11:30pm. Had to change rooms. New room was smaller and less updated than first. AC so loud it woke me up several times at night. Conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. Called for breakfast to my room and was told no.

It was definitely a very old hotel, so the nostalgia was the best part of the hotel experience.

So because it?s extremely old, the first room failed to stay cool, air conditioner did not perform. We were then moved to another room that had multiple defects, stain on the ceiling, bad patch job on the closet door and a piece of the furniture was broke

It's was old. I expected more for the price, but the history and location was awesome.

The valet area was too small and nor enough staff to accommodate a large gathering.

The staff and the customer service is very friendly very professional and went either way to make sure you had a very good stay cleaning staff is excellent appreciate everything you guys did thank you for making our stay en

The air conditioner in the rooms are a little loud and the lighting could be better inside the room

It seems to me (based on other reviews I read about this hotel) that we were in an upgraded room. It was large, updated and very comfortable!

Not their fault but there are people who smoke pot in hotels and I smelled it as soon as I got off the elevator. It can penetrate to others spaces.

The hotel was really beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We even received two complimentary bottles of champagne.

There's nothin that I didn't like. I just wish the room was a lot bigger. There wasn't a lot of space to maneuver around.

Beautiful architecture in the hotel lobby and ball room. The hotel has lots of character!

Our room was updated but small. We reserved a King bed and our room had a queen or smaller.

I like the character of the hotel

I know that it¿s downtown and most places charge for parking but when you stay for one night and no in and out 32 dollars is a lot and I don¿t like that

The staff were amazing and made me, my husband and my fur baby feel like royalty during my birthday weekend! It's a fantastic touch that they also had a gift bag waiting for my dog...bravo for being so pet friendly in a world full of ESA's!

Front desk was very rude. On 3 different times I had to go there. Rooms are tiny. Location is not great. Much better options.

the valet car service

holes in the sheets,paint on the bedspread,in construction rooms like a postage stamp. toilet backed up the first use. even on the 6th floor you can hear the cars revving and what sounds like gun shots. It is not worth the price and there are better opt.

Distance to convention center.

Room maintenance required (sink, shower, fixtures). Noise from adjacent rooms was loud in my room.

CLEAN AND QUIET. INVITING AND WELCOMING.

THE BREAKFEST BUFFET WAS LACK LUSTER AND NO NON PORK OPTIONS.
