Amount of space in the room

There was a water half empty water bottle under the bed only seen it because I dropped my phone. But over all the room was clean

Beds were comfortable.

The curtains were falling off of their rods, and there was no privacy shade to keep the lights that were on outside at night or the sun coming up in the morning from beating into our room.

The sound insulation is terrible! We can hear people walking in the hallway and the noise of the elevator very clearly!

Elevators smelled funny and room was dark with linoleum floor.

I have stayed here a couple times. Each time my service and room was consistent. Great check in and check out. Room was spotless and smells good!

The room was nice

I stayed a week, hotel listed breakfast on website (only limited continental breakfast), changed rooms after 2 days of loud kids running up & down hall until 10:30 PM. This is unacceptable, there was no freezer in room & no partial refund was offered

The bar, exercise room both were closed for our stay. Staff attempted to enter the room multiple times, even when Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. The "door" to the bathroom was provided very limited privacy. Toilet flushed loudly, disturbing sleep.

The hotel was under renovation and didn't have breakfast or only one working elevator. The phone in the room didn't work. It was a horrible stay. I would like some sort of compensation.

The hotel is undergoing renovations so it looks a little rough on the outside. They didn¿t a have much of breakfast selection but fortunately there is McDonald that you can walk to across the lot.

Distance to the conference I was attending.

Construction, noise, and dirt. No breakfast was offered.

Bathroom and room look like just updated

1st room gave was not even cleaned He had to come up and checked 4 rooms before he found one already cleaned Compunction between staff must not be very good

NOTHING!!This hotel has went downhill, new owners. The rooms were dirty. Never again

Even though it wasn't perfect I felt very comfortable in the room. I even felt comfortable enough to take a bath and I feel like that says something. Also they are renovating and I feel like the rooms are only going to improve.

The fact that the bathroom light stays on all the time was a bit annoying. Especially the part where the fuse was blown because I turned on another light.

It offered a hot shower and clean sheets and towels!

When you pull up to the hotel the appearance is very poor. Holes in the exterior and screens falling off windows. When we walked in to the hotel we were met by a staff that was busy on her phone and a bar area and restaurant closed and covered by tarps.

Arrived at 10:00PM to check in. No one at desk. Three other people arrived to check in. Finally at 10:20-10:25pm someone arrived at the front desk. In the room the refrigerator didn't work and the carpet had burn/dirt marks on it.

Nothing. Worst experience at a hotel on all levels. Will make sure no one I know will ever stay at this establishment.

We had ants all over our bathroom. There was a blood stain hand print on the curtains. We tried to switch rooms and they said their machine that put the room number on the cards was down so we were promised a discount that took us 2 weeks to only get $40
