I didn’t like anything and didn’t stay

It was dirty, bad area, pool closed down

We could not stay and had to leave. The condition of the room was awful. It was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of cigarettes. My daughter in law and grandchild have health issues and could not be in these conditions

Nothing at all!

Everything, terrible service, dirty room stunk really bad. No water pressure, sink and shower facing is hanging out of wall hard to turn on. Only 2 towels when we were a family of 5. No hand soap. Has a full kitchen but not dishes to use. pool was closed.

The location, it was close to food, shopping and gas.

Everything else. It smelled, it was dirty, no breakfast.

I liked the spacious rooms and private entry?s into them.

The hotel staff (not all) at the front desk were not helpful in rebooking and were rude and condescending. I stayed here for a month and had to rebook a few times and they were not nice. Would say things like ?your problems are not our problems?.

It looked like a bad neighborhood. I booked with a nonrefundable reservation. The place is extremely dated and run down.

It?s a run down pit with gangs and drug dealers hanging out. Pool was covered in filth. Lights were broken. Windows covered in webs and filth. Abandoned cars and trash everywhere. Tennis court fencing was missing- knocked down.

One of the worst experience iEver had

The hotel is very disgusting. They¿re stains everywhere in the comforters, the walls, and so on , they don¿t stand to their advertisement on their sites. The staff is very rude , so many unnecessary rollers that they don¿t tell you from the beginning

The road leading me away from it.

Yes, everything. Dangerous neighborhood. shoddy exterior, suspicious-looking pedestrians. In a cove so criminals can see police approach before police see them. Disgusting.

Loved having a full kitchen. Saved so much money not having to eat out for every meal.

The air conditioning in the room was horrible. We actually went out and purchased a small fan just so the room was cooler.

Since there is a 255 character max, I'll keep it simple. This hotel was very nice at one point, definitely a lack of upkeep. I could smell the stale cigarette smoke from outside the room. Staff tried to keep it clean, but can't shine a turd.

Some of the staff was kind.

A pool was advertised and the reason for us choosing that hotel. Upon arrival we were informed the pool was closed. Deposit upon arrival also unknown until there. Door wouldn't open/ close for our room multiple times. Couldn't take breakfast to our room.

First staff and security were very kind and pleasant.

The floors felt sweaty and the room smelled not sure of what. The free hot breakfast was a little disappointing based on the offering - very few choices.

Absolutely nothing we never felt safe do to all the activities going on outside and around the hotel. If I felt my refund wasn¿t going to be held up I would have canceled it!!

Did not research the location Location was horrible outside was not clean and there was a lot of activity going on between all the hotels in the area It was a lot of people hanging around when we pulled up and every time it was a lot of activity we didn¿

Friendly staff, spacious room with nive kitchen area.

There¿s absolutely nothing that I liked about this hotel.

Bugs¿ animal hair.. Small bed when it¿s says queen size bed. Morning workers are racist. People in the parking lot early mornings doing drug deals.

The staff was great and helpful

Location was not good. Shower was cracking and I felt floor of tub was going to give way. Smelled like smoke

Safe parking due to bright lights that defied immovable curtains. Close to Waffle House/highway. Wifi worked. Must swipe/lift/pull door at once then shove to get in so room was xtra safe. They let us move from 2 queen room to loft suite & was much better.

Filthy/missing cookware. No liquid dish soap. Shower as saggy as bed. Temp stuck on 67F. Need to climb stairs to access dismal breakfast (no GF but fruit cup+milk) and wretched coffee. Outlet fried my charging station.

Nothing, the hotel did not look like the pictures. Very old and out dated, the room stank so bad like cigarettes. I would NEVER stay here again.

EVERYTHING, I hated this hotel so much. I didn't even sleep at the hotel, I stayed at my Aunt house.

Staff was very professional and ready to help

It was old and needs to be upgraded. The price I paid was not worth the hotel stay. I had children and could not get rooms together. One room had bugs on the pillow and the kids could not sleep in that room.
