Really a very nice hotel with all the amenities!! Great restaurant with a delicious breakfast!! Staff was super friendly and helpful! Rooms were beautiful, spacious and comfy. Great location and nearby everything we needed to do- OSU, downtown, Short North.

Location was fantastic and easy to get to would stay here again.
Took a while to get our car from the valet, however there was a convention checking out and they must have all tried to leave at the same time so this was not an employee problem they were all working hard.

Pleasantness and professionalism of staff, cleanliness of your establishment, access to everything.
Only one of my keys worked for entrance to my room. I paid for parking for 3 days and had problems entering and departing . I had to call for assistance every time.
