- They checked us into a room that had a strong mildew/wet mop smell. We got a new room across the hall and it was decent. A paint crew worked right across from our room until 1115pm which left a strong odor and gave us all headaches from the chemicals, BAD
- Upon arrival I checked the bedding and found a half drank bottle of soda next to the bed. I also found a dead bed bug on the mattress cover. Fortunately there were no live ones to be found.

The gentleman who check me in. He was so kind and professional and helpful. Went beyond the call of duty (came outside and helped me with my bags in the *freezing* cold, aware that I was handicapped). Also accommodated me to a lower floor room when I requested. The staff was the most memorable standout for me—the housekeeping, the kitchen (those who set up the breakfast), and every employee I met in the hallways, etc. The kindness and relaxedness was so wonderful. I can’t wait to return.
