Closer to the airport.

Upon arrival, my flight was already delayed. My boyfriend and I couldn?t find the front desk person, we waited. We knocked on the manager door, we went outside and had to get security to radio front lobby, still no prevail. We waited over 15 mins.

Location and cleanliness

Nobody was at the desk when I arrived and had to wait 4 to 5 minutes for someone to show up.

The hotel was not clean. I never saw anyone cleaning from Sunday evening through Tuesday morning. No housekeeping carts anywhere?

Very quiet and clean. Nice part of town.

Desk chair not real comfortable. Shower curtain to short. Had to adjust it to keep water from running all over floor.

Breakfast was well stocked and very good. Staff friendly. It was pretty quiet.

Good location to OSU

Room was not ready at 3pm check in time. No Wi-Fi (internet) connection in the evening perhaps due to the bus loads of teenagers staying at the hotel? I was able to connect when I tried again in the morning.

Clean, quiet, very spacious room

When we booked our room, we accidentally booked the wrong night. Called within 3 minutes to fix it and couldn¿t get a refund because it was the day of that we booked.it was an accident.we were just trying to get out and enjoy ourselves and made a mistake

Location: the view out our window was nice woods and river and near where we were visiting Delicious breakfast, plenty of parking, clean room, comfortable bed with lots of pillows!

only one night stand-there should be at least a small table for each side to put stuff on. Noisy hotel guests the second night due to MLS team being disruptive until after midnight in spite of the front desk trying to quiet them down

The bathtub was dirty and grimy, and amenities were limited as compared to other Hamptons of the same price - no microwave in the room, a smaller space. A small thing but the in-house shop was empty - no water, no drinks of any kind.

Good wifi. Fast elevators.

Not as clean as usual. Desk chair really hard. Curtains difficult to close. Alarm clock.

Pool, cleanliness, staff

The staff at this hotel was great, in every way. The amenities were great. The place was clean and well taken care of. Would DEFINITELY stay again, especially at the price I got. Great hotel!

The ONLY thing that I didn't like, which wasn't even a big deal, was the toilets in the rooms. VERY loud very STRONG wooshing toilet. Didn't dare flush in the night as I would wake up my wife. But overall the room was perfect.

Nice and clean. Comfortable beds.

The only thing was the ice machine on 2nd floor wasn¿t working so we had to go to the 4th floor for ice each time.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the room was a great size and price!

The staff for breakfast was very rude. The lady working that morning was loudly complaining about working and made some comments about guests. I found that to be unprofessional and just unnecessary in general! But other than that the stay was great.

Location suited my purposes

Slow drainage bathroom sink. Public trash bins all overflowing. Door to room allowed light from hallway was intimidating/ invaded privacy. Lack of hooks for hanging toiletry bag in bathroom Washcloth in toilet upon arrival Cost exceeded reality

Staff were excellent, he was awesome.

The only thing In our 6 nights stay was when we returned our room wasnt made. I called front desk and told due to COVID reasons they arent allowed to come in unless we ask for ,daily. So they sent someone to do it , next day happened again.

The place was well kept and the staff was really helpful. The room was great for our little getaway.

I booked a certain room, a 1 King bed with rolling in wheelchairs accessible shower. They didnt have the room I booked when I got there and was shown two different kinds of rooms before telling me it was available

Well appointed, clean, and a very responsive and cheerful staff.

Everything about this hotel was great! The room, service, location and breakfast buffet!
